Refund Procedures for Woodmen Hills Parks and Recreation

At Woodmen Hills Parks and Recreation, we strive to provide exceptional recreational services to our valued members and participants. We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to the need for refunds. Please review our refund policy below for memberships, camps, leagues, room rentals, and fitness classes.

  1. Membership Refunds:
    • Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships will be considered within 30 days of the purchase date, minus a pro-rated fee for the duration of use. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable.
    • Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current month.
    • Admission Punch Cards: There will be NO refunds for punch cards. The amount may be credited back to the account and is transferable, if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Camp Refunds:
    • Full Refunds: Refunds for camp registrations will be provided if cancellation is made at least one month before the camp start date.
    • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within one month-two weeks of the camp start date may be eligible for a partial refund (50%).
    • No Refunds: Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date will not be refunded.
  3. League Refunds:
    • Team Registrations: Refunds for league team registrations are available up to two weeks before the league start date. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
    • Individual Registrations: Individuals may request a refund up to two weeks before the league start date. Cancellations made within two weeks-three days before the league start may be eligible for a partial refund (50%). Cancellations made within two days of league start may not be refunded.
    • Volunteer Coaches: Individuals that volunteer to coach, and are chosen to coach, will receive a full refund for one child, per team coached. (Example: If individual coaches 2 teams, 2 children will be refunded)
  4. Room Rental Refunds:
    • Full Refunds: Refunds for room rentals will be provided if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the room rental date.
    • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within two weeks-3 days of the room rental date may be eligible for a partial refund (50%).
    • No Refunds: Cancellations made within two days of the room rental date will not be refunded.
  5. Fitness Class/Activity Refunds:
    • Drop-in Class Purchases: There will be NO refunds for drop-in classes. The amount may be credited back to the account and is transferable.

General Notes:

  • Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • The recreation center reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances.

By participating in our programs and services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund procedure. Woodmen Hills Parks and Recreation reserves the right to update or modify this form at any time, with changes communicated to members and participants accordingly.
